Based on the agreement with the owner, I offer a room for rent in a modern newly-furnished 3-room apartment. The room is spacious and has a balcony. Unlimited internet and utilities are included in the price. The apartment is located in Rača (Bratislava III) on ul. Závadská, close to the tram stop No.3 - Záhumenice, and also next to the bus stop, both of them leading directly to the city center. A tenant must be a non-smoker, respectful of other flatmates and neighbours, and someone who keeps the room and the appartement tidy. Monthly rent is 400 €.
