We are looking for a flatmate

Hi Everybody, We a offering large sunny room in Ruzinov to rent. Big apartment in Ruzinov with area of 220 sq. meters, 5 separate bedrooms, living room with the exit to two terraces, kitchen connected with dining area with exit to the terrace. We are currently 3 international people living in the flat and are looking for a nice, friendly and quiet flatmate. We speak English, Spanish, Portuguese, Greek and German. The room has its own exit to a terrace and is fully furnished except for the bed, everything else is included (Kitchen etc. is fully equipped incl. washing machine, dishwasher, etc.). We are looking for a non smoker starting from 1st September 2015. Only Short-term rent. 250€ Monthly rent - Everything included
