Rent a room in a 2 bed flat

Hello, everybody! There is a free room in a double room apartment on Pavlovova 16, Bratislava. The apartment is around 62 square meters and is located on the ground floor. There are 2 bedrooms, a corridor,a full furnished kitchen with a brand new fridge, a little balcony,a dining room with a new LCD TV (40 inches), a bathroom with a separate toilet. In your bedroom is a big bed, a closet and a sofa. The bed is almost new (3 months old). There is also wifi connection. The apartment is placed in a very good area. 10 minutes walking from Apollo Business Center and IBM, 15 minutes walking from the city center and 5 minutes walking from Autubusova Stanica. Your flatmate is a very nice and quite Slovak guy. Also the landlord is very kind and helpful. He is Slovak but he speaks also some English. The price is 275 euros per month (energy included) + 275 euros refundable deposit. The apartment is available from August 1st. I am leaving because I have found a new job in Finland.
